The villa is ideally situated, with easy access to the beach, motorway, and village. the south-oriented garden provides plenty of shade, and the pool is a great size. the house is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a generously equipped kitchen. the host, Chris, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even providing breakfast for late arrivals.
Some minor issues were experienced with electrical appliances and power cuts, but Chris made efforts to address them. There were also communication issues and a minor dispute over a deposit charge for damage to a sun lounger.

Lovely spot and well laid out. The house is very well located, close to facilities and within easy reach of other nearby towns. The pool is excellent, unusually large, and the outdoor areas have great charm. The host is a great person, always on hand for any queries and with good ideas and local knowledge.
Everything is not new but everything is clean and working. The house is well-loved but clearly tired and a bit dated.

The villa itself was breathtakingly beautiful, with spacious rooms and immaculate cleanliness. The location was also a major highlight, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The pool was spotless, providing a refreshing escape. Chris, the property manager, added to the experience with his local knowledge and warm hospitality. All in all, a truly amazing stay.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the villa, it had a lovely nostalgic feel to it. The common areas were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy access to the swimming pool and a convenient layout that didn't require too much walking.
It would have been even better for senior people if there were handrails or extra support in the bathrooms to make it safer and easier to get in and out of the shower or bath. The children working there were helpful, but sometimes they seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have used more assistance to ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Zena Holiday Villa in Pissouri. Although the hotel was chosen by my director, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The picturesque surroundings and the outdoor swimming pool created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to unwind after a busy day of work.
While overall my stay at Zena Holiday Villa was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues that slightly dampened my experience.

It's a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, great location, and the host even did some shopping for us. A very enjoyable stay, definitely coming back.
The beds were clearly designed to make it feel like we were sleeping on a bed of nails. How thoughtful.

The remarkably large pool and charming outdoor areas are impressive. Chris, the manager, is an exceptional host with a wealth of local knowledge.
